This actually works, I've purchased one from gamestop, and it works great, the side where the hard drive is is not that hot at all now, the whole damned thing has cooled the fawk down and doesn't emit heat like its going to explode.
You're probably best off going to gamestop to buy this because you wont find it cheaper on ebay.
I give it a thumbs up for being decently priced (20$) and effective.
